Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the package and product

Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution such as replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Return Process

Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and standard return procedures may apply.

If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund may be issued for prepaid orders.

Shipping Charges for Returns

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, return shipping or handling charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may affect future COD availability.
